School starts at 8:45 am on Mondays. Buses still run at regular times and breakfast is still served from 7:40 - 8 am. Car riders arriving between 8 - 8:45 am need to be dropped off at the WRES Office main entrance doors.
School starts at 8:00 am on Tuesday through Friday. Doors open to students at 7:40 am. Breakfast is served from 7:40 am - 8:00 am. Students arriving after 8:00 must be dropped off at the WRES Office.
Three (3) absences per semester will be excused with a note from the student’s parent or guardian indicating the parent or guardian was aware of the student’s absence. The signed note must be brought to school the following day and must include a phone number so the parent or guardian can be contacted for verification. Subsequent absences will be unexcused unless one of the following reasons is properly documented as indicated:
• Personal illness or medical appointments: doctor’s note
• Death or serious illness of a family member: parent or guardian phone call to principal
• Court appearance: note from court official
Hat Day (Every Friday during Football season wear your hat for .50 cents to support your Alleycats)
Show your Bobcat Pride by wearing your favorite Bobcat shirt every Friday during the school year.

Other Important Information
If a child's doctor's note states he/she may return to school on a certain day, please abide by the doctor's note for the earliest return date.
Just a reminder: All students need to be washing hands/using hand sanitizer upon entering school, when changing classes, and as often as possible. Please remember to cough and sneeze in a Kleenex or elbow.
Please help us in keeping desks clean by wiping with a disinfecting wipes as often as possible. Please remember your phone, tablets, and locker handles may be some of the dirtiest items you touch.
